This agreement including all actions contemplated by this agreement shall be governed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America and the State of Nevada, as if the agreement is made and wholly entered into and performed within the State of Nevada. The United Nation Convention on International Sale of Goods shall not govern this agreement, in anyway.
